  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Areas: Faster delivery
  • Regional/Rural: May take additional days

Shipping estimates provided by Australia Post do not include processing times.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and local customs clearance processes.
  • You may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes specific to your country.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
  • If you choose to refuse the shipment due to these fees, your package will be returned to us and your refund will be minus any shipping and return costs incurred.

We are legally required to declare the value of goods on all international packages.
